Terms of Service or these additional terms. This includes I.S. right to cancel your paid listings. Please note, you will not be entitled to receive a refund if I.S. cancels paid listings you have submitted to I.S. for the reasons indicated above. PAYMENT TERMS The credit card that you provided in purchasing a paid ad will automatically be billed promptly after your payment is submitted. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Please note, unless I.S. provides express notice otherwise, payment for any paid listing is non-refundable and you may not cancel a paid listing after it has been submitted. If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your paid listing will be cancelled immediately. SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" The I.S. Terms of Service, which apply to your use of I.S., provides that I.S. services, which includes I.S. Classifieds, is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. You will not be entitled to receive a refund for any problems, technical or otherwise, beyond I.S.'s reasonable control. INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect. LOCATION OF LAWSUIT The I.S. Terms of Service, which apply to your use of I.S., provides that both you and I.S. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Thomas, in Georgia
